Returns & Refunds

Even the most legendary operations occasionally send the wrong armor or dispatch a defective garment into the realm. When that happens, we've got you covered. We offer refunds for:

  • Wrong items received — If we sent you the wrong piece of equipment for your quest
  • Damaged or defective products — If your gear arrived battle-damaged before the battle even started

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. If you believe you're eligible, send a raven to herocoredavid@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
